The overwhelming question coming forth is, ‘What is the distinguishing mark or marks of the individuals who are part of the CURRENT Spiritual Remnant of God?’ The answer to that question is that the answer is as broad as it is narrow. Whether a Remnant Believer and Follow of Jesus, the Christ, is just starting out on their journey with God or they have just about completed their journey and are ready to go be with the Lord Jesus, they can identify to some degree with most of what will be taught through this series. There is not one identifying trait or mark that defines them; there is a collection of beliefs, attitudes, and experiences, which define them. Nevertheless, we must start somewhere so let us start with a most basic identifying mark.

Bewilderment. They go in most church congregation, who profess to be part of the Christian Church Community, they listen to what is being said and taught, they see what is happening and how the leaders and lay people are conducting themselves then scratch their head in bewilderment and ask themselves and God, ‘What is going on here?’ That bewilderment despite their spiritual maturity level is a mark of a Remnant individual.

It does not seem to matter whether they are a mature seasoned Believer or a relatively new Believer they sense in their spirit man that something is not right. Much of the time, they are not comfortable in the environment. If they are a young Believer who is not knowledgeable in the Word of God, they may believe that they are the problem or that it is just them and it will change in time. However, if they are a more mature Believer who is knowledgeable in the Word of God they know something is not right but might struggle with understanding why. The harsh reality that the majority of “church congregations” are void of true godly spirituality and filled instead with religious show is just too much for them to bear. Yet, they see and sense it time after time in congregation after congregation, typically with one of two results in the end.

A seasoned Believer who is knowledgeable in the Word of God knows things are not being done right and they can see that God’s Word is not being given priority or being rightly divided. Therefore, often after one failed attempt after another they typically abandon gathering with other Believers all together and sadly, their growth as a Remnant Believer is aborted. You might hear them say, ‘I don’t go to church. I don’t want anything to do with religious people, their all hypocrites.’

A new Believer will have the sense in their spirit that something is wrong but will allow it to be explained away by advocating their responsibility. They place their understanding in the hands of those who will use it for their own personal gain. They will trust what they are told over what they read in the Word of God. They will become convinced that they are flawed in what they sense and that the religious system is right thus become part of the scenery that makes up the church pews each Sunday morning. They will file in year after year like drones taking their place with an ever growing deadness eating away at them inside; while doing what is expected of them, their “religious duty” always wondering if their isn’t suppose to be more. Through compliance and conformity, their growth as a Remnant Believer is aborted.

Yes, both examples are the extremes on either end of the spectrum. Yes, you will be able to find a few who will fall in between the two extremes but you will not find a Spiritual Remnant Believer who is void of the sense that something is very wrong with the Corporate Christian Church Congregations as a whole. Whether they want to admit it to themselves, whether they ever say it out loud or not, they sense in their spirit that the “church” is not what Jesus intended it to be. This sense they have in their spirit is something they cannot reconcile and that will not be silenced. That is an identifying mark of a Spiritual Remnant Believer.

Now on a technical theological note. Despite modern theology the true Remnant of God, those Believers still hold some basic doctrinal beliefs.

a – They believe Jesus is the only means of Salvation for mankind.

b – They believe in the Deity of Jesus.

c – They believe in the virgin birth of Jesus.

d – They believe in the literal death of Jesus by crucifixion and the literal resurrection of Jesus.

e – They believe the Word of God, the Bible, is in fact the literal Word of God.

Anyone, and I do mean anyone, who does not believe the above basic doctrine are not part of the CURRENT Spiritual Remnant of God. Note, I did not write that they never had any questions, or that they never had any doubts in their lifetime, but despite both they do believe these doctrines to be Truth.

I am beginning a long awaited and long considered series of teachings titled the “Spiritual Remnant of God” which will address and be addressed to a special group of God’s Servants who are few in the grand total of those who call themselves spiritual and/or religious but who are in fact the “faithful few” [Rev. 3:7-13] who will receive their crown from the Master one day.

This series will covers a multitude of material such as; how to identify one of these Servants who are part of the Spiritual Remnant, their character traits, gifts, callings, talents, worldview, religious view, spiritual view, their approach to the Christian Community, their life struggles, their life experience, their spiritual battles, their spiritual victories, cause and effect in their lives, purpose, etc. There will be no particular order in which these things are address, expect that they will be address, written about, and posted in real time as God speaks on this matter. Therefore following the series in real time while examining the world around you and your personal world at the same time will have the most spiritual impact.

Each individual who reads and interacts with this teaching series will be at a different place in their walk with and service to God; from the babe in Christ, standing on the shore looking at the river stretched out before them, who is struggling to understand their basic identity in Christ to the seasoned servant, who is standing far in the distance on the other shore having walking through the river and reached the other side, looking back longing to see others make it to their shores. There will be those who can identify very little with what I am going to write and then there will be those for whom it is a part of pass memories for them. Either way it will resonate with TRUTH in their spirits and God will use it to show each individual where, when, and how she or he needs to proceed.

I will make no apologies for the content of this teaching and those with what my Daddy use to call “thin skin” need to know in advance in order to benefit and grow from the teaching you will have to let go of your fragile ego and be willing to face the truth. “Itching ears” [2 Tim. 4:1-5] need not attempt to hear what God will be saying through this series, because you have a closed off religious spirit you will not understand, you will only suffer from irritation and frustration. The greatest form of LOVE tells the truth and calls for people to reach deep inside and look for their greatest potential; this series will do just that.

Look around people, the world is falling apart, America specifically is disintegrating, it is time for the Spiritual Remnant of God to understand their place and understand what God would have them do about what is happening around them.

Please take the time to look up any Scripture I quote or reference for yourself, as you should always do when someone is teaching or preaching. You have a responsibility before God to confirm His Word is being “rightly divided” [2 Tim 2:15]. Please know that any input you would like to give or any question you would like to ask will always be welcome. You may write me via the comment link provided.

Below I have included the original post from a while back titled “Remnant of God”.

Please begin this series by rereading this post.

Remnant of God

The current SPIRITUAL Remnant of God is those Followers of Christ who exhibit extraordinary devotion, being both proficient and spiritually gifted; these individuals are the faithful dependable heart of the church, given to prayer and are the core of both the local congregation and the universal Body of Christ.

The Body of Christ is made up of all who truly believe in Christ, but in the last days, there is and will be widespread apostasy; a remnant of devoted followers has been called out to keep the principles and commands of God alive and before the people and keep faith in Jesus’ atonement pure and alive. This remnant will bring forewarning of the arrival of the judgment, proclaims salvation through Christ Jesus alone, and heralds the approach of His second coming.

The Remnant will be exiled from the world and apostate church congregations, whether by choice or not, because they are at odds with the direction of the world and mere religious society. The remnant within the Body of Christ are what will remain once the established religious society, who often call themselves the corporate church, have departed from sincere devoted and brought about the ruin of the purity of Christianity and the Original Church. Of God’s people, many if not most will fall or have fallen away. God prunes His Church and the Remnant could well be all that remains; and He will prune them so that they are purified to His Standard.

These people are the militant spiritual warrior of the Body of Christ. These spiritual activists… confrontational, revolutionary, radical, combative individuals who continue to remind the Church and the world that God did, and does, provide a Standard which He expected, and expects, His people to lift up and present to the world.

The presence, release, and freedom given to the spiritual gift of prophecy is an identifying mark of a remnant church or the absence of the same can be an identifying mark of a church lacking the remnant.

My current focus of ministry is on the spiritual development of these individual…the remnant few. I am slowly divesting myself of all others to make room for helping these spiritual warriors develop the gifts, talents, callings, and abilities God has placed within them.

Truth in Love – blog entry

Friday, May 17, 2013

This will be my last blog post before I start a series called “Remnant of God[please refer to the post by the same title] which will address who the truly called of God are verse whom most of society believe them to be. The series will explore who they are, their purpose, how God works in their lives, what they can expect in life, the greater way in which they should function, and God’s overall intent for allowing their victories, sorrows, successes and failures [better defined as perceived failures].

The series will include and make room for Q & A with the readers. Please send your questions via the comment link at the end of each post. I will attempt to simply incorporated the answer[s] into a blog post or out rightly post the question and answer. Be assured however, that no person’s identity will ever be revealed in answering any question.

Now to the current entry “Forgiveness and Relationships”

Regarding forgiveness in a relationship, two things are unwise.

1 – We never inform people we have forgiven them when they have not acknowledged in some form that they believe they have done us wrong.

2 – We never ask forgiveness for something someone does not know we have done to him or her.

Why?

Scenario #1 – By going to someone and informing them that we forgive them we are essentially telling them that they have done us wrong. They may or may not have realized they have harmed us but either way they most likely do not want to hear about it or they would have sought forgiveness.

Scenario #2 – If someone has no knowledge and is going to have no knowledge that you have harmed them or done something to them, which might be hurtful; then asking them to forgive you is only going to expose them to hurt. I heard a good example of this years ago from an older woman. Her example went something like this. ‘If a spouse has cheated on their spouse, the fling or affair has ended, there are no legal or medical ramification from the situation, no one know about the affair, the relationship is in the past, and the spouse has no knowledge it ever happened nor have they inquired about your faithfulness. To confess the affair to the spouse and ask forgiveness is only going to burden them with unnecessary pain.’ As this older and wiser woman put it, ‘Confession of something someone will most likely never know under the guiles of seeking forgiveness is more about unburdening one’s own guilt and thus forces another person to carry the pain you have caused. It is not wise, it is not a loving act of seeking forgiveness, and it does not make for healthy relationships.’

Truth in Love – blog entry

Wednesday, May 08, 2013

Recently someone sent me the following question.

What does it mean to be completely dependent on God?

That is a question you will be discovering the answer to for a lifetime. Our dependence upon God unfolds like a beautiful flower opening over a course of time, throughout the span of life. It deepens in color, richness, beauty, and delicacy until it becomes something that is so breathtaking it brings tears to your eyes each time you think of its wonder.

In the infancy of your Christianity, it means you trust enough to approach Him with innocence by trusting that His Way is the ONLY way things are to be done. You are dependent on His care, greatness, goodness, and wisdom to know the best path for every situation. Paths you can discover through His Written Word, the Bible, and/or communication with Him, prayer.

Secondly, you completely depend upon His agenda for you and for your life. You begin to set aside your agenda and your own ideas and you begin to seek only what He wants for your life and then you act accordingly. True dependence is not just found in the knowing of God’s Will but also displayed in the taking of action once God has shown you something, given you a revelation, required something of you, or prompted you to some form of action. Dependence says, ‘I trust that You know what is better for my life than I know.’

If you can just begin to move sincerely in these two aspects of complete dependence, you would see so much more peace, freedom, and inner security enter your life.

Truth in Love – blog entry

Monday, April 22, 2013

In the last thirty years, I have had knowledge of countless Christian Children bullied and harassed in public school because of their faith. Children left with little or no recourse most of the time. Did they get help? Were they defended? Were they tolerated? What about equal time for the teaching of tolerance toward Christian Children who actually love and talk about Jesus. I think not… in the public school system today. Christian Children are ridiculed and even suspended for talking about Jesus. Sadly, some have even been literally killed because they expressed their faith.

Example: Columbine – Rachel was shot, then her shooter went over and picked her head up by the hair then asked her, ‘Do you still believe in Jesus now?’ She said, ‘You know I do.’ The young man then shot her in the head. [Note: This account was given by her brother and I personally heard him tell the story.]

Hence, I have one question. Do you think or believe that this same school, or any public school for that matter, will be giving equal time to training their students not to bully CHRISTIAN JESUS FOLLOWING CHILDREN? Yes, that is what I thought. May God have mercy on their souls.

From the year 1998 – today I have done a lot of teaching on political correctness and the dangers of this distorted concept. In around 2000, I addressed the issue on my radio program. I even gave a prophecy about the effects political correctness would have on the corporate church. I cannot tell you how many Christians and Church Leaders thought I was overreacting and would tell me ‘Oh, we just have to honor God by loving people.’ Yes, that is technical true but as a young protégé and friend recently pointed out to me, two things can be presented to the public, both can be technically true, but you can mislead people by the way you present those fact, whether you present them all, and in what context; my response to her, ‘True yes, honest no.’ Therefore, do we need to honor God by loving people? Yes. That said we also need to love people more and honor God in a greater way by rightly representing Him and placing the highest honor on his Word. I wonder today if those individual who thought in 1998 – 2000 that I was overreacting still believe that today. Time is the greatest revealer of truth.

Can you imagine twisting Jesus’ Words to support your twisted cause? Those with little or no respect for the Word of God, and the Power of The Word of God, do it all the time, both inside and outside of the Church.

This is a great example of just that type of distortion.

On this Sunday morning remember regardless of your personal beliefs Rick Warren and his wife need your prayers in order to cope with what will most likely be the most difficult thing they will ever cope with in their lives – the death of their child. Their son took his own life, according to Warren, and that will cause them yet another layer of grief.

There is a relentless attack today upon the children specifically of ministers and spiritual leaders. The Enemy is attempting to use the children to either destroy or break the spirit of the spiritual leaders. It is a widespread problem that thirty years ago we did not see – another sign of how horribly we, America, have lost our way spiritually.

If we do not listen to the advice and the counsel of God’s Word, of our spiritual advisors, or our elders we will find ourselves trapped by chains that bind us, strongholds that control us.

Do not waste your energy on anger it will keep you from coming up with a productive plan for how to deal with your situation.

God gave us freedom, with freedom comes responsibility. We have the freedom to do whatever we want to do, we have the freedom to go wherever we want to go, we have the freedom to choose whatever we want to choose; but perhaps, the greatest freedom is knowing you have freedom and choosing to remain. To remain faithful, to remain obedient, to remain a servant to the One True Master.

Love is more stern and splendid than mere kindness. C.S. Lewis.

It is not enough just to acknowledge or accept what God is telling you; you must surrender to the Truth found in what He has reveled to you or told you or instructed you to do.

The lie of detached disinterest is the hallmark of our society and a lie from the pit of hell meant to destroy the very fabric of human relationships.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”

John 3:16

If God could whisper in your ear after reading the above Scripture this is what I envision He would say.

Do you really BELIEVE in Me? Do you know what it means to believe in Me? I was given so that anyone, yes anyone, who chooses would have everlasting – eternal life.

Life comes from the hand of the Father through the blood of the Son. My blood was poured out – out of love for every person ever created or that will ever be created. I long for that relationship with the living creation. I long for that relationship with each of you.

You however, must choose Me. For I have already chosen you, and anyone else that would come, when I walked that road with My cross and lay there while they crucified Me. I wanted to give the world the greatest gift of all time, reconciliation with God. To be able to have a relationship once again with the Almighty is the greatest gift anyone will ever receive. For many it will take their date with judgment for them to realize this truth. Do not be one of those people.

I am here, I want you; want Me. – I died for you and rose again. I want you to believe in My death and My resurrection. Won’t you believe? – I am here to forgive you. I want to forgive you; ask Me to. – I am here to enter your very being, living and having relationship with you. I want to enter; ask Me in. – I am here and want to give you the greatest gift of all time, everlasting life. I want to give it; let me give it to you. – I respect you. I will let you choose. Please choose Me.

Canadian Supreme Court Rules Biblical Speech Opposing Homosexual Behavior is a ‘Hate Crime’

http://christiannews.net/2013/02/28/canadian-supreme-court-rules-biblical-speech-opposing-homosexual-behavior-is-a-hate-crime/

2 Corinthians 6:14 (NKJV) Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness?

Revelation 18:4 (NKJV) And I heard another voice from heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues.

Mark 13:9 (NKJV) (Jesus speaking) “But watch out for yourselves, for they will deliver you up to councils, and you will be beaten in the synagogues. You will be brought before rulers and kings for My sake, for a testimony to them.

Few men and women of God are standing up on this issue. Even fewer are getting the support they need from their brothers and sisters in Christ when they do. I personally have been placed in jail in connection with my beliefs on and stand for the biblical position on this matter. Then called self-righteous by my professed brothers and sisters in Christ because I had the courage to take a stand when the cost to myself personally was so dear. I have been dragged into court, etc. All because I will not accept what God deems unacceptable. Yes, man and the world will try to destroy the reputation of those who attempt to take a stand but is a "good worldly reputation” really what a DEVOUT Christian wants?

When did Christians become such fearful people?

Truth in Love – blog entry

Jesus nowhere in the gospels took up an offering, made a condition of His disciples that they give their tithe to Him, or asked them to sign some partnership/membership agreement. Jesus was instead chasing those from the temple who were using it for their personal gain. Jesus never set up a “cooperate” church or told His disciples, ‘I want you to go to Bethlehem and build a building on the corner of Elm and Oak Streets and there start gathering the flock in one spot.

Yet, today what do we see in pastors; I used the term lightly because if anyone knows what a Pastor is they know what I am about to describe is not the individual with a true shepherds heart. Pastors who check their tithing records before they agree to meet with or minister to individuals within their congregations. Pastors who instead of empowering the people to be all they can be in Christ, to serve Him with their whole hearts are more interested in whether or not you have “officially” became a partner in their ministry or member of their church.

To call yourself a man of God, a Pastor, then stand in your pulpit and tell the people ‘We need two more people to help hand out candy at the parade, if you are a partner with this congregation then please come see me if you are interested in giving out candy.’ How horrid in the eyes of God. Because moreover what you are clearly saying without saying it is, ‘If you are not a member of this church congregation, if you have not agreed to what we view as partnership with this fellowship, then do not even bother to come see me about serving, to me you are not even worthy of giving out candy.’ How such must sound to the ears of Jesus a Man who spent His earthly life and gave His life so people might be and feel included not excluded, be given liberty and freedom not controlled.

The example I just gave was a real one. It came from the mouth of a gifted preacher who I believe loves God in many ways; but to call him a Pastor is still in debate. One can label themselves with the title without carrying the spiritual calling from Christ. Pastor’s gifts show themselves differently; yet, let grace note that this might just be a spiritual blind spot. Nevertheless, it is an actual example of the type of thing taking place within the Body of Christ. I ask myself, the float that will be in the parade where they candy will be given out; will it have the actual name of Jesus on it? I guess it might now. Whether the name of Jesus actually appears or not I can almost certainly guarantee you that the name of that “church congregation” will most certainly appear and appear more and/or in larger print than the name of Jesus.

May God forgive the failings of those who are meant to be His spiritual leaders.

The current SPIRITUAL Remnant of God are those Followers of Christ who exhibit extraordinary devotion, being both proficient and spiritually gifted; these individuals are the faithful dependable heart of the church, given to prayer and are the core of both the local congregation and the universal Body of Christ.

This was written a while back but I have been waiting for the right time to make it available; God indicated this is the right time, confirmed by the fact that several teachers, preachers, and prophets have been speaking the same things as of late.

We will examine Acts 10:34-36 however, for context read Acts 10 and 11 when times allows.

34 Then Peter opened his mouth and said: “In truth I perceive that God shows no partiality. 35 But in every nation whoever fears Him and works righteousness is accepted by Him. 36 The word which God sent to the children of Israel, preaching peace through Jesus Christ— He is Lord of all—

Acts 10:34–36 (NKJV)

Christian Denominations have done the same as the Biblical Jews, built a wall or barrier of prejudices. We are but One Body in Christ Jesus and One Church yet; to look around the Christian Community you would not know that to be so.

Diversity seems celebrated nowhere less than in the Christian Community. If we have a mandate to love, which we do, why then is this not true of our Body. No, we are not to love “sin” or even accept sin among us but anyone who has read my writings for very long knows that is not what I am advocating. We completely and totally reject sin but we do not reject one another.

The excuse that doctrinal differences are the reason for our barriers and prejudices is unacceptable unless those doctrinal differences are grounded in A – A denial of the Deity of Jesus, the Christ, the Messiah and the only source for the Salvation of mankind or B – The denial that the Holy Bible is the inspired infallible Word of God. Not anything outside of that will most likely determine if your brother or sister will stand beside you in the Heaven.

These barriers and prejudices are weakening the Body of Christ and they have been doing so for many, many years. Our lack of unity is a blemish on Christ’s very purpose and on what it means to be a part of the family of God. Disunity often born out competition, which is simply disgraceful. We are to be working together to glorify Christ not working against one another to see who can out do who, whose ministry or church can be bigger, who can produce the most worship CD’s or write the most books. Remember if you want to be first you will most likely end up being last – last in the Kingdom of God, maybe first in the world’s standards. How sad if the word’s standards are all you are ever able to achieve.

For those saints who have been around for a while let me ask you a question. Do you ever look around at what is going on in some church congregations, who call themselves Christian, and just shake your head in disbelief? Do you look in the faces of the Christian generation[s] after you and see the vacancy, which is meant to be filled with Christ’s Truth and Passion? Why? Why then, are these things as they are in God’s House? Because the secular world has moved in and took up residence.

Granted, if you are waiting to find a perfect spiritual leader or you are waiting for the perfect church congregation, or if you are simply looking for a spiritual leader with whom you can agree all the time, then you will be looking for a very long time. If we have a brain in our head, we will never agree with another person all the time, nor will we ever find a perfect spiritual leader apart from Christ or perfect saints with whom to fellowship. That however, does not mean we cozy up with a cobra or for that matter partake in what is ungodly and/or worldly to placate our spiritual leader or our brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus.

The world, worldly ways, and even new age type practices have entered into almost ninety percent of the American Christian Churches in one form or another. Some are very obvious and some are much more subtle. The individuals speaking out against these practices are growing fewer and fewer and the younger generations are being pulled in deeper and deeper. They have no clue that they are being manipulated and lead astray from Truth – for what they are being told is easier to follow and makes them feel like they are part of something big and important and they are desperate for that type of feeling. The cost for that will one day have to be paid however, and when the tab comes, I fear it will drive them from Christianity for good. Why? Because you cannot manipulate God and that in part is what they are being taught to attempt and do in one form or another. When it all comes crashing down and they one day find out it is not going to work, who will get the blame, not the leaders who taught them incorrectly but most likely God and it is God who will be abandoned. It however, is not God’s fault; it is the fault of those who have chosen to manipulate them for their benefit.

An Example:

Let me start by making a couple of things very clear. Do I believe you should attend a local church? Yes. Do I believe you should understand that congregation’s doctrine and mission, hopefully being in support of both on most points? Yes. Do I believe you should tithe into the work of the spiritual leadership that feeds and ministers to you? Yes. Should you love and support your brothers and sisters in Christ? Yes. Should you allow yourself to be manipulated into any or all of these practices? No!

I have personally witness the weekly practice of cult like manipulation in a Christian Church with a spiritual leader who I believe actually to know God but this area of their leadership is woefully in error. This congregation is weekly exhorted to join hand at the end of service, just before the offering is taken, and recite what amount to nothing more than a new age mantra that is mean to basically brainwash them into believing its content. In essence it indicated that they partnered with that local church in that church’s mission and that they faithfully give ten percent of their income, aka the tithe, to that specific church and in return God is going to do for them.

Now people may be able to be manipulated by brainwashing them through repetition of a creed – I am generous to call it that. You may be able to make them feel more loved and like they are a part of something much bigger by having them join hand while doing so. However, you are not going to make God act on their behalf because you are manipulating them – for the God of the Universe, the Creator of all things, will not have demands placed on Him and will not bow to manipulation. Manipulation comes from a Jezebel type spirit and is a form of witchcraft – the Bible says God hates the practice of witchcraft.

Again, love your local congregation. Respect your spiritual leaders – as they follow God and His Word. Give your tithe from a clean heart and without showmanship. Do not however let yourself become someone else’s drone. Yes, it is harder to stand up and be who God created you to be but never forget God created you to follow Him, His Will and Purpose not man’s and it is your thanks back to Your Creator, for your very life, that you do just that.

Truth in Love – blog entry

Monday, January 21, 2013

Read the following as if it were written just for you, as I am going to try to communicate a couple of spiritual principles to you.

You are trying to get all the help you can – yet, nothing is working. Why? Because you are trying to get all the help, you can.

You get angry because people will not appease you but appeasing you is not what you need. All the help in the world is not going to help you. Here is what is going to help you; the applied work of the Cross [Jesus] and Truth [Jesus]. First focus on meeting “Truth” then understanding who Christians are in Christ and the power of the work of the cross.

It seems you do not want to accept the simple truth, you expect it to be so much more – so you keep searching and searching. Moreover, you will keep on searching and searching. You will keep going from person to person, program to program, idea to idea, one experience to another experience [which is going to really make a difference or so your mind tells you] – – doing nothing but wondering around in the wilderness and plenty of people will be more than willing to help you stay there so you can feed their egos – but you will not see the victory you wish to have, the healing you so crave, etc. through these means if you just keep running to __________. When it is all over and you have searched high and low – – suffering needlessly in the process – – you will discover that the two things I told you from the beginning are the only two things that are going to matter in life, healing, change, and spiritual growth – Truth coupled with Jesus’ work on the cross [actually applied] to a life is the only thing that WORKS.

In order to find victory you must be willing to submit to victory. If you are unwilling to submit, it is as if Jesus is working with His hands tied.

What you have to keep in mind is that accessing the spiritual power of the Godhead will always come through Christ, it will always come in Jesus’ name, and it will always be a manifestation of the work of the cross. All spiritual growth, any change you have in your life, any recovery, any healing, any renewal, any answered prayer, anything that is godly and spiritual in a godly nature will come to you and be appropriated to you by applying the work of the cross; that is the only way it is coming to you or going to manifest in or around your life, is by applying the work of the cross.
